The Brea Olinda Unified School District currently uses the SchoolMessenger Notification System to send important announcements to parents and staff members on matters such as attendance, general interest activities and campus and district emergencies. SchoolMessenger offers you the ability to determine how you would like to receive the different types of messages. The Brea Olinda Unified School District firmly believes in the importance of seeking stakeholder input prior to writing the plan. Input has been gathered and the initial draft of the plan was shared with the Board of Education during a school board meeting on June 13, 2016.

Have you heard?? Laurel Elementary will receive a summer transformation! In fall of 2016 Laurel will open its doors as the Laurel Magnet School of Innovation and Career Exploration! Enrollment is open and BOUSD is currently accepting applications for intra- and inter- district transfers. Preschool Registration 2016
FULL DAY AND PART DAY PRESCHOOL - BOUSD's Early Learning program was created to provide an enriched environment for early-aged children, which benefits their intellectual, physical, emotional and social development. Classes are designed for children who are potty-trained and turn 3 years of age by September 1, 2016. Fee based and state preschool programs (income qualifying program) are available throughout the District at Arovista, Country Hills, Laurel, Mariposa, and Olinda. Full time and Part time options are available. Registration for fall begins on Thursday, March 3, 3016 at the Child Care Services administrative office. For more information, call (714) 990-7527.
