2025-26 Online Data Confirmation

Brea Olinda Unified School District (BOUSD) has launched the annual Online Data Confirmation for the 2025-26 school year. This process informs parents of their rights and responsibilities per California Education Code section 48980. The Online Data Confirmation allows BOUSD parents/guardians to update student information through the Aeries Parent Portal, rather than completing and returning the traditional packet of student information paperwork to your school. To complete the Online Data Confirmation process, parents/guardians can simply login to their Aeries Parent Portal account.

The Online Data Confirmation process must be completed for each student prior to the start of school on Thursday, August 14, 2025.

Instructions for returning and new students are listed below.

For Returning Students: If you already have an Aeries Parent Portal account, simply go to the Aeries Parent Portal and login with your account credentials. Click on the "Student Info" menu, and then select "Data Confirmation." Follow the process to complete each form. If you have more than one student, select "Change Student" from the menu to complete the process for each student.

For New Students: If your student is new to the district and you have enrolled and submitted the required documents to your student's school, you should have received an email with information about creating your parent portal account. If you did not receive this email, please contact your school site.

All schools reopen on or before July 31:

  • Brea Olinda High School is currently open

  • Brea Junior High School will reopen on July 21

  • Elementary sites will reopen on July 31.

Detailed instructions on the Online Data Confirmation process can be found on the District website under Family Resources and by clicking on Online Data Confirmation Instructions.
