Employees in the same classification as the position of interest, please complete a Transfer Request Form 
 
Employees in a different classification, must complete a Change of Assignment Form. In addition, employees must also include the following documents;
  • Cover Letter
  • Resume
  • 2 Letters of Recommendation, dated & signed within the last two years.
  • Other position specific required documents as listed on the posting.
