CAASPP (California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress)

Each spring, students in grades three through eight and high school participate in the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress. Test results are just one way to look at how well our students are doing. We use the results to find areas where students are doing well and areas in which they need help.
  • Smarter Balanced Summative Assessments for English language arts/literacy (ELA) and mathematics in grades three through eight and grade eleven
  • California Science Test (CAST) in grades five, eight, eleven, and twelve (Note: If your child took the CAST (science test), the results will be available in the late fall.)

Student Score Reports can now be accessed electronically through Aeries parent portal. Login in to click the parent portal icon to login. Once logged into Aeries parent portal, select Test Scores along the top menu bar, then select State Test Scores Reports. You will have the option to download current or previous score reports, as applicable. The scores will be automatically loaded into Aeries parent portal once the state has finished scoring the assessment. Please allow sufficient time after your child has completed this assessment for the report to be available, as time is needed for scoring.
